The 2014 and 2015 Grammy Awards Dates Announced

The next two editions of the Awards-giving
show are set to be held on January 26, 2014
and February 8, 2015.
CBS
and
the
Recording
Academy
have
already
set
the
dates
for
the
next
two
Grammy
Awards.
The 56th annual Grammys is set to be held on
Sunday, January 26, 2014 at Staples Center,
Los Angeles. The ceremony will air on CBS
starting from 8 P.M. to 11:30 P.M.
All recordings released between October 1,
2012 and September 30, 2013 will be eligible
for the 2014 Grammy Awards nominations.
That means Taylor Swift , Bruno Mars , Lil
Wayne and Blake Shelton are likely to be the
nominees.
As for the following year, the 57th Grammys is
scheduled for Sunday, February 8, 2015. The
location hasn't been confirmed yet.
The 2013 Grammy Awards attracted more than
28.3 million viewers, the second-largest
audience for the program since 1993,
according to the Nielsen Co. This year's show
featured Justin Timberlake and collaborations
honoring Bob Marley and Levon Helm.
Last year, more than 39.9 million viewers
tuned in to see how the industry would react
to Whitney Houston 's shocking death just
before the awards. Singer Adele won big that
year, as she took home six trophies.
