Stephen Colletti Hiding in Freezer When Gunshots Fired at Houston Airport

The 'One Tree Hill' actor finds a hiding place in
the kitchen of a fast food restaurant with the
help of 'a sweet little older woman.'
Stephen Colletti
was at the George
Bush
Intercontinental
Airport in Houston
when people were
sent into panic
after someone
fired gunshots at
the second floor
of Terminal B. He
took to Twitter to
reveal how he
found an unlikely
place to hide when
the incident
happened.
"My instincts lead me to an all too familiar
place of panicked decisions, the kitchen of a
McDonalds," the " One Tree Hill" actor tweeted.
"Trapped in McDonalds, I felt incredibly
unsafe, then the walk-in freezer door swings
open and a sweet little older woman waves me
in. #angel."
"5 or 6 shots fired 50 feet from me in
Houston Airport. Terminal B. Never seen so
many people move so fast and find such nooks
to hide. #woah. 2 shots rang out. Everyone
froze, unsure. 10 seconds later, 3 or 4 more
shots fired and people just panicked. Ran in all
directions. Chaos."
The 27-year-old actor managed to give a
shout-out to the law enforcement officers who
closed Terminal B after the shootings took
place, "Credit to the officers on scene here,
the situation became calm, panic-free quickly
however the terminal is still on lock down. So
that's what that feels like."
Carnell Moore of Beaumont, TX was identified
as the man who discharged the firearm. He
reportedly fired at least two shots in the air
before being confronted by a special agent of
Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) which
office happened to be nearby.
Moore shot himself after asked by the agent to
drop his weapon. He died at the scene. CBS
News reported a Smith & Wesson AR15 assault
weapon with a fully loaded magazine was
found in his backpack and more .223 ammo
for the weapon was found in his car.
Moore had allegedly posted on social media
that he planned to commit a mass shooting. A
handwritten note found on his body said he
changed his mind and wanted to kill himself.
He reportedly wrote that he had a "monster
within" and wanted cops to take care of it.
