New set photos taken from the filming set of "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" in Manhattan, New York give glimpses of a young actor starring as a mini Spidey. Shooting on Sunday, May 26, Andrew Garfield is seen having great times bonding and rehearsing with Jorge Vegas, who looks not tired at all filming under the blazing sun.
Previously, fans were given a teaser image unveiling a shot of completely burn-out Oscorp building. "Day 77. Never go full hobo. Writer Alex Kurtzman, Rocky and me making use of an Oscorp crater fire," director Marc Webb captioned the Twitter pic, jokingly explaining the bizarre situation.
The latest Spider-Man film will follow the titular hero juggling his heroic duty to take out the bad guys as Spidey and his personal time with the person he loves the most as Peter Parker. This time, his life will be turned upside down with the arrival of a new strong villain named Electro and a nuisance who goes by the name of Rhino.
All-around Jamie Foxx is cast as Electro and Paul Giamatti portrays the Russian thug, who will debut his on-screen appearance in the upcoming flick.
Peter Parker's old friend Harry Osborn will also make an appearance in the film with "Metallica Through the Never" actor Dane DeHaan as the depicter. Garfield's on and off-screen lover Emma Stone is back to reprise her role as Gwen Stacy.
"The Amazing Spider-Man 2" is set to arrive in U.S. theaters on May 2, 2014.
