LAPD Reportedly Investigating Death Threats Against Chris Brown

which threatened the singer's life.
According to TMZ, the specific details of the
threats are unclear. However, Geragos
apparently found it serious and filed a report
to the authorities. He also helped them
provide information as much as he knew. The
Los Angeles Police Department is currently
investigating the case.
Geragos represented Brown in a domestic
violence charge in which his then-girlfriend
Rihanna became the victim in 2009. Brown
turned himself in and was sentenced to five
years of probation, one year of domestic
violence counseling, and six months of
community service in August in the same year.
He also received restraining order to stay 50
yards away from the "Diamonds" singer.
The 24-year-old singer, who is said being close
to his ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran, recently
was reported by his neighbors because of
goblin-like graffiti on his home's outer walls.
Patti Negri, president of the Hollywood Dell
Civic Association, told Los Angeles Times,
"There are lots of babies, lots of children, and
they're literally frightened. It's like devils on
the wall - big scary eyes and big scary teeth,
and just the whole vibe is not what we're used
to."
The Grammy-winning singer was fined as much
as $376 and ordered to erase the images in 30
days. Geragos, however, said that his client did
not intend to do it. "They are trying to
suspend the First Amendment," the lawyer
said. Negri told the news outlet, "I know a
$300 fine is probably pocket change. But
hopefully and maybe, he'll just see the light
and decide to be a good neighbor."
