The 'Easy A' actress, who was jailed last week
for allegedly throwing bong from her
apartment, denies using drugs and reveals her
plan to sue NYPD for the 'mistaken arrest.'
Amanda Bynes
revealed her
plan to sue NYPD
after she was
wrongly sent
behind bars last
week for
allegedly
throwing bong
from her
apartment
window. On
Monday, May
27, she took to
Twitter to inform
her followers
about the plan and make it clear that she was
too innocent to get involved in anything
related to drug using.
"For once and for all, this is the last thing I'll
say about the mistaken arrest," she began her
long tweet. "I'm suing NYPD for illegally
entering my apartment, lying about drugs on
me and lying about me tampering with non
existent drug paraphernalia, then I'm suing for
being put into a mental hospital against my
will, then locked up overnight for coming
home after a facial and working out with my
trainer like the good girl that I am."
Saying that she was offended by the arrest, she
continued, "Everything they did was against the
law and The judge saw that there was no drugs
on me or proof of any type of bong or mental
illness." Bynes then said that the cops even
took her to a mental hospital. Bynes was
released from jail on the next day after the
cops found no proof of drugs existence in both
Byne's system and house.
Apparently, NYPD cops weren't the only ones
whom Bynes would sue. She said again, "I'm
also suing my apartment complex for lying
about me smoking in my building. I'm free
forever! You can't lock up an innocent person!
Thanks for caring!"
A few hours later, Bynes posted another long
tweet which addressed her recent Twiter rants
about Rihanna. "I saw a bunch of mocked up
tweets about me bashing Rihanna in my
mentions. I'm followed by so many people that
someone is always mocking up fake tweets so I
feel the need to address them!" she said.
"Rihanna and I met and I'm sure we'll be in a
music video together one day!"
The feud began yesterday after Bynes suddenly
insulted the Barbadian singer on her tweets.
