Lindsay Lohan reportedly is upset because she does not like the rehab facility she's heading to. Her father Michael Lohan told Radar Online that the "Mean Girls" actress cried as she boarded the plane which would take her to the California facility on Wednesday, May 1.
"She was crying hysterically when she called me," her father said. He added, "Lindsay is heading to California, but she doesn't want to go the place she's going and she's upset that she's being forced to do so."
Previously, she was reported trying to change her rehab facility from Newport Beach in California to Michael's recommendation in Florida. Michael explained, "Lindsay wants to go to the Lukens Institute, but she's going to go to Morningside in Newport Beach until she can transfer to the one in Florida. She asked me if she could transfer to Lukens once she starts and I told her of course she can. I will get it all settled for her."
Lindsay updated her Instagram on Tuesday night, April 30, posting a picture of her among the sea of clothing, suitcases and accessories. She captioned the picture, "90 days and 270 looks." In the picture, she appeared being lost in thought at where to start packing. She was sitting on the floor, wearing a loose blue shirt. In addition, she had no make-up on and sported tussled hair.
Lindsay was sentenced to 90-day lock down rehab, as well as 30 days of community service and 18 months in psychotherapy after pleading no contest to lying to police and reckless driving. Lindsay was involved in a car crash along with her assistant in 2012. The actress claimed that it was not her who was behind the wheel, but it was soon discovered that she was the driver.
